Fusasy is a device for optimization of combustion in boilers; in particular when solid fuels are used (biomass, coal, lignite, waste ...) (Vegetal or mineral oils, diesel, biodiesel), thanks to a particular and effective system of micro - additives developed over the years.

FUSASY ® (FUel SAving SYstem) acts directly on combustion, dealing with a part of comburent air.
FUSASY interacts on kinetic combustion, approaching levels stechiometric the reactions hydrocarbons/oxygen, all this involves:

• The temperature of combustion
• slaughter waste uncombusted gases carbon and sulphur
• slaughter of oil burned
• slaughter of oxides of carbon (CO), nitrogen (NOx) and sulphur (SOX)
• less opacity of fumes
• lowering the temperature of smoke and reduction in their mass
• more available power
• More cleanup of the combustion chamber and ducts smoke
• Raising the performance of the process of combustion
• substantial exercise economies for consumption and lower maintenance

We have developed some “ recipes ”, each of which has beneficial effects on combustion.

The “ recipe ” more request has more effectiveness on carbon (introduces in combustion chamber certain substances, particularly oxidising, to help oxidation of carbon in fuel, and also in time, plays a cleaning action of encrustations rich exhaust gases on heat exchangers.

The benefits that introduces are fuel saving (normally from 3 to 8%), thanks to the reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, a more effective heat transfer, which leads to greater efficiency of combustion.

Two other “ recipes ” are actives against SOX and NOx, with results that may vary, as appropriate, with areduction from a 10% up to 60%.

In the presence of specific requirements of a customer, more devices FUSASY can be used in parallel to simultaneous additives.
